I purchased my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers a few months ago (you might remember seeing them in a recent post), and have been asked a lot about them ever since. So many that I decided it was finally time to do a full write-up! Where can I find a pair like yours?
Cettire had them on sale and I jumped on it right away!
I ordered them on the 28th of April and they were shipped to me by the 30th, so the shipping was super fast – definitely a bonus
How much do they go for?
When I grabbed my pair in spring, I paid just under $390, but their full price is around $514.

Do they fit as expected?
They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a EU 36.
They haven’t stretched at all, so if you’re between sizes, I’d go up

How do they perform over time?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and I’m impressed with the durability. Nothing has torn, and the structure feels strong. Thanks to the vintage look, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
Nothing else compares in comfort or quality. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. They have a hidden arch lift that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is one of a kind. And the shine on mine? Stunning.
Are they worth it?
Absolutely! Just try not to pay full price. They’re not cheap, so getting them with a promo is a better idea. They’re worth the investment, especially if you find a style that suits you. I went bold with sparkle, but a minimalist version would also look great.
