Umrah comprises of many rituals which are compulsory to perform, each and every ritual stands for something divine and greater than the thinking and reasoning of humans, one such ritual is Saai. It refers to walking seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwa which are located just adjacent to the holy Kaaba. Running or walking between those hills is commemorates running of BIbi Hajar seven times between those hills in search of water and other supplies. The Almight heard her prayers but there are two different narratives of what happened next. The first one states that Infant Ismail (PBUH) was stroking his feet on the ground in desperation and while he was doing so water sprung out from the ground which is now known as the ZamZam water, through which Bibi Hajat nursed him. The other narrative states that she running between the hills in despondency but when she came to check her son she saw Angel Jibril scratching the ground with his heel or rather some say with his wing bring forth water which is called ZamZam and she nured her son with that water and dug a well around it. Thousands of years have passed since that miracle but the well is still brimmed with the blessed water.

- The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
- All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
- If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
- To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.
- Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline's policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it's essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
- No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation or Ziyarats , if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.
- This Economy Umrah package does not include any level of luxury
- Vaccination certificate indicating that the person is fully vaccinated
- Any variation in airfare or visa fee will have to be paid prior to departure
- Hotel rooms in Mecca will have attached bathrooms
- Room services not include this package- ( Room services in hotels absolutely depends on hotel)
- Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit is not included in our package. We can process at the time of applying visa but we do not guarantee. Saudi government has been launched the app name of NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah.
- Drinking water will be available in the mess only.
- Rates may differ during festive season ( Muharram, Ramadan,Eid and Eid-Milad- Un-Nabi etc)
- 1 SAR= 22.80 INR but if there is any variation noted in SAR then the amount have to paid prior to departure
- Hotel with identical or similar qualities and amenities will be provided in case the assigned hotel happens to be inaccessible due to unforeseen reasons
- The distance from Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif till hotel may differ on different platforms ( we calculate distance from the boundary of Haram sharif and Masjid e Nabawi up to the hotel)
- Tour programs and tours dates are tentative and subject to change without any notification.
- Tour operator/guide will not be held accountable for the loss of luggage
- Laundry service will be provided 2 time in Mecca and one time in Medina
- Fixed timings should be followed for Ziyarat and meals
- Toiletries like towels and buckets will not be made available in the hotels of Mecca and Medina
- We will not be held responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
- Pilgrims requiring wheelchair are suggested to carry their own wheelchair
- We will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay and/or any mistake in Umrah visa from KSA embassy and visa fees is non refundable
- The Company's tours are the only subject of claims, disputes, and litigation that are construed in accordance with current Indian laws, with Delhi courts having exclusive jurisdiction over them.
Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:
DAY 1: The group will jet off to Jeddah . AC Deluxe buses will transport the group to Mecca hotel. After accessing the hotel and checking in the tour guide will take the group for Umrah
DAY 2: Set off for Haram Sharif
DAY 3: Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide
DAY 4: Visit Haram sharif and perform 2nd Umrah at Masjid Asha with assistance of tour guide but pilgrims have to manage their own transportation
DAY 5: Pack your bags as we going to Medina
DAY 6: Set off for Majid E Nawabi
DAY 7: Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide
DAY 8: Offer prayers at Masjid E Nawabi and/or explore Madinah as per your convenience
DAY 9: Set off for Majid E Nawabi
DAY 10: Pack your bags, reach the Airport and take your flight back to India.
